Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jeta3. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the details used — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, jeta3 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any bets, wins, or withdrawals associated with them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Any deliberate provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

jeta3 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be required to complete KYC verification at any point during your use of the platform, including — but not limited to — at the time of your first withdrawal request, when your account balance or activity exceeds certain thresholds, or when jeta3's risk and compliance team flags your account for review.

As part of the KYC process, jeta3 may request one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of your current residential address (a utility bill, bank statement, or official document dated within the past three months).

jeta3 reserves the right to suspend deposit, betting, and withdrawal functions on any account pending completion of KYC verification. jeta3 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank direct transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount on jeta3 is ৳200. There is no universal maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players are responsible for checking applicable limits with their payment provider.

Deposits are credited to your jeta3 account balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on your payment method. • All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to someone other than the registered Player — are strictly prohibited.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money account balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit unless an alternative method is approved by jeta3's payments team following KYC verification.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no stated maximum withdrawal amount, though jeta3 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments for operational and security reasons.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval during business hours.

Processing times quoted above apply after jeta3 has approved the withdrawal request. The initial review and approval process may take up to twenty-four (24) hours, particularly for new accounts or first-time withdrawal requests where KYC verification is required.

jeta3 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where:

• KYC verification has not been completed or documents are pending review.
• Suspicious account activity or a potential breach of these terms has been flagged.
• A chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal is pending on a prior deposit.
• The withdrawal amount includes Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements.

jeta3 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Victory Day, Independence Day, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have a fully verified jeta3 account in good standing.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, or IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balance and must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.

All bets placed on the jeta3 sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, game, and event. The following general rules apply to all betting and casino activity on the platform:

• Bets are binding once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted and confirmed by the platform cannot be withdrawn or modified by the Player.
• In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the completion of the conditions required to settle a market, jeta3's settlement rules for that market type will apply. Generally, stakes on void markets are returned to the Player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeta3 platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with jeta3.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players or with third parties to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game, or promotion.
• Money laundering, depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, as described in Section 7.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeta3 staff, support agents, or other Platform users.
• Attempting to access other Players' accounts or any restricted area of the platform without authorisation.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties, accepting funds from third parties for wagering purposes, or acting as a betting agent or proxy.

jeta3's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jeta3 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms shall limit jeta3's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

jeta3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on jeta3 and accepting these terms, you acknowledge and consent to jeta3's data processing practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

The types of personal data collected by jeta3 include registration information (name, date of birth, email address, phone number), KYC documentation, payment method details, betting and transaction history, and device and usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools.

jeta3 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Upon account closure for breach of these terms, jeta3 reserves the right to void any outstanding bets, cancel any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where account closure is the result of a genuine error by jeta3 (and not a Player breach), real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting jeta3 support. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after completion of any pending KYC review.
